Since it was not buyable, and I need it for other project (like the AC2012’s SpeedCoding party this Weekend) I made my own version of the SD2SNES board from the source given by ikari01, the author of the SuperCIC and so the SD2SNES.
After waiting for a long time to get the boards, components and some other accessories, I finally finished to mount the board this weekend, verify it on Tuesday, and receive the last part yesterday and mount them. Here is photo taken after mounting this weekend
Now on Today, I just flash the bootloader and you know what?
Just look!
The PCB was made thanks to the SeeedStudio PCB Fusion Service (they produce good quality PCB for a really great price!)
